How To Deposit

How to Withdraw Your Winnings

Please remember that you don't have to withdraw your winnings at the end of each session at Golden Tiger Poker. You have the freedom of leaving your poker room account with a positive balance, as it will automatically be saved in the system and made accessible to you the next time you long in and play.

Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is $€£50.00 except for DBT/WIRE and Courier checks as the minimum withdrawal amount is $€£200.00.

How to Perform a Withdrawal

Want to make a withdrawal? Not a problem. Simply complete the following steps:
  1. Log-in to the Golden Tiger Poker
  2. Click on the Bank button
  3. Click on the Withdrawal button
  4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the box

NB: Funds that are withdrawn will be held pending for 2 hours. During this time, you have the opportunity to reverse the withdrawal if it is your wish to continue playing at Golden Tiger Poker.

Once the 2 hours has expired funds that are withdrawn are first credited back against any recent deposits (where applicable). Some of our financial processors do not allow credit card refunds. Winnings above the value of your deposits are sent back via your Preferred Method Of Payment - PMOP.

How to Select Your Preferred Method Of Payment - PMOP

When you withdraw at Golden Tiger Poker, you will be asked to select your PMOP. To do this, you will need to login to your Golden Tiger Poker account and perform the following steps:

Selecting your favourite method is a simple process that you can complete by following these steps:
  1. Click on the "Bank" button.
  2. Click on the "Withdrawal" Button and enter your amount
  3. Select your PMOP from the drop down menu
  4. Complete all the fields relevant to your PMOP i.e. if you use DBT/Swift, you will need to include your bank address as well as your bank account numbers.
  5. Once completed, this is where we'll be sending any winnings over and above what we have been able to credit back to your initial deposits.

Withdrawal Times

Once your withdrawal comes out of pending status, please allow the following approximate times for refunds:
  • Mailed checks - up to 21 days
  • OCT (Visa) - 3 working days
  • Courier Checks - 3 to 6 working days
  • Wire/DBT/Swift transfer - 6 to 10 working days
  • NETeller - 1 to 2 working days
  • EZIPay - 1 to 2 working days
  • MoneyBookers - 1 to 2 working days
  • Click2Pay - 1 to 2 working days
  • ClickandBuy - 1 to 2 working days
  • Initial CADEFT withdrawal timeframe: 5 to 7 working days
Due to increased security procedures, players that have not previously received withdrawals via these methods will be subject to additional verification checks which may take up to 5-7 working days. Subsequent CADEFT withdrawals: 3-5 working days.

Withdrawal Charges

The following charges apply and will be deducted from player's withdrawals:
  • Mail checks - $25
  • Courier checks - $50
  • DBT - $50
  • Cancelled checks - $25
